نظرة داخلية "ZARA"







جودة جيدة وبأسعار معقولة هي خطة اعتمدها دار الأزياء الإسبانية "زارا" للوصول لعدد هائل من العملاء من شتى فئات المجتمع، فهل ياترى يعد استهداف شريحة كبيرة من الجمهور سبب من أسباب نجاحها أم لا؟ 
في هذا المقال سنلقي نظرة داخلية على  زارا ومعتقداتها وخططها التي تجعلها الآن العلامة التجارية الرائدة في الملابس ليس فقط في اسبانيا 
وانما امتدت لتكون العلامة التجارية الرائدة في جميع أنحاء العالم

 في زارا  يتمكن الناس من مواكبة الموضة دون الحاجة إلى إنفاق أموال طائلة،و
 كما هو معروف تقوم دور الأزياء العالمية "النخبة" بخلق صيحات موسمية (بعد التنبؤ والدراسات) تستهدف بها عملائها من ذوي الطبقة المرتفعة، وبعد فترة طويلة تقوم المحلات التقليدية باقتباس هذه الصيحات عند تقادمها! ولكن الذي يميز زارا هي فلسفة أمانسيو أورتيجا (المؤسس)، حيث كان هدفه أن يوفر الموضة لجميع طبقات المجتمع و ليس فقط الأثرياء منهم







 تعتمد فلسفة زارا بشكل رئيسي على المحاكاة أكثر من الإبتكار حيث يطلق عليها "مقلد الموضة" لأنه بدلاً من التنبؤ بالاتجاهات ، فإنه يقلد اتجاهات وصيحات الموسم ويوفر الموضة إلى زبائنه في أقل وقت ممكن، مع امتلاك تصاميمه الخاصة. لنلقي نظرة أقرب على هذه النقطة:

 تراقب زارا آخر مستجدات الموضة مع الأخذ برغبات عملائها 
المتغيرة باستمرار

تعتمد في تصاميمها على مجموعة من المصممين المبدعين، على العكس من وجود مصمم واحد او رائد لتصميم معين، ويتم انتاج التصاميم من خلال محادثات مع مديري الانتاجوالذين هم على اتصال دائم مع مختلف مديري المتاجر في جميع أنحاء العالم 


 لديها عدد كبير (وفرة) من المصممين الذين يفهمون تفضيلات وسلوكيات العملاء

تطلق زارا ١٠٠٠ تصميم جديد سنوياً في جميع أنحاء العالم


تحتفظ  بسلسلة إمداد تمكّنها من تبني الأذواق سريعة التغير لعملائها. تقدم نماذج ملابس جديدة في غضون أسابيع قليلة فقط (بسرعة عالية) وهذا مايدفع العملاء بشكل طبيعي لزيارة المتجر مره اخرى للنظر الى احدث التصاميم






 ولكن العبرة في استراتيجية زارا تكمن في كيفية مقدرتها على توفير أسعار جيدة في ظل المزايا المرتفعة التكلفة كالتطوير المستمرلتصاميمها ومواكبة الاتجاهات بسرعة والشحن السريع الى نقاط البيع؟

 تنفق الشركة معظم أرباحها على التكامل وعلى سلسلة التوريد بدلا من انفاقها على الإعلانات، فمتى كانت آخر مرة صادفت فيها إعلانا في الشارع أو التلفاز؟ إن الوفورات المتحققة من الإعلان جعلتها تركز أكثر على عملياتها الداخلية لتحقيق الكفاءة فيها، فاستطاعت تحقيق دورة إنتاجية أقصر بامتلاكها سلسلة توريد متكاملة تمكنها من تبني الأذواق المتغيرة بسرعة وتصميمها وشحنها لنقاط البيع في غضون أسبوعين، وقد تضطر لاستخدام الطائرات 
.أحيانا لتحقيق ذلك
